Ramblings

Been sometime since i last blogged eh? Not really keen to blog nowadays. Don't really have the time to do anyway. Sleeping is more important. I would go to sleep like around 11pm on every working days now.
I guess tweeting is just as good for me.

Was quite unhappy on Tuesday and Wednesday because i was asked to stay back until 615pm, and then go see the CSM because i booked in late on my weekend duty. And he asked me to see him again the next day, and asked me to sign one extra. Wtf man.

There was another guy who was late too, but he didn't get any punishment. It's so wtf. Sent an email and asked why wasn't he punished, but i haven't got a reply yet.

Was feeling so so so pissed and unhappy that day.

Then yesterday, another friend of mine got 2 extras for forgetting to sign out something. That made me feel more balanced, and cheers me up abit. lols. Dunno what's wrong with the CSM recently, he's been giving out alot of extras lately.
He's like a santa clause! A bad one.

I am on leave today. Felt so bored, that i installed VB to play. lols. Programmed a "Finance Manager" for my use. hahah. Programming is addictive to me. Was feeling like so lethargic, and thought i would take a siesta, but in the end, was so addicted to it, that i lost track of time.

Went to meet up with my ex unit colleagues at around 6pm. Our SSM gave us a treat. I thought it's at some restaurant, but it was at a coffeeshop. haha! Oh well, the food wasn't that bad. It's the company that's more important anyway. =) There were like close to 20 of them? We used 2 tables!

Got to know that he was posted out to Nee Soon camp, as the rsm. And Nee Soon camp is pretty near my camp! We've got a store there too! And then he also said he has a store in my camp, so he will go here sometimes. haha!

Hope i will bump into him. =) He's a really nice guy. He doesn't push people around with his rank. He's like father to us in camp.
He recognises our effort, the work we do.

Durign the dinner, he said thank you to us and he felt worth it to treat us instead of the warrant officers because we helped him to do work. He said, without us, things won't go on. I guess it's really true.

It's just like in a company, if the managers or boss doesn't have any employees to work for him, the company would have closed down. It's important that the superiors treasure their subordinates man.

There was a plaque giving 'ceremony' there. I was given a plaque too! =)

After that went to orchard with 3 of my colleagues to drink. We wanted to go Hard Rock Cafe, to drink at the bar, but it was closed. So we went to starbucks instead.
Anyway, it was my first time stepping inside hard rock cafe singapore! lols. I didn't even know where's it until today. hahaha.

Had a nice chat with my colleagues. Talk about like almost anything under the sun. Never had this kinda chat with even my closest friends. haha!

Orchard road is brightly lit with christmas lightings. Man~ Have to go there sometimes to take photos. =)





I know the photos taken ain't that nice. Hmmm.. Too long never use camera already. lol.

Okay~ Gotta go! Going to M'sia tomorrow! I thought i would be left in singapore, and asked my friends to plan something for the weekends, which they did. NOw have to pangseh them, felt bad. Ahh~ If it was you what will you choose? Friends or family? lol.

Pre course briefing

Went to stagmont camp for a pre-course briefing this afternoon. I was told that it's from 315 to 530 but guess what? I left at around 430. The whole thing is less than 30mins. Just go there to fill in form and then can go already. There's not even a brief!

Waste my time to travel so far there. My journey time is longer than the time i spent there lor. zzz. And guess what? I went to Orchard to change to bus. hahaha. It felt like a weekend- even though it's a weekday, orchard is filled with shoppers.

Oh and i bumped into my secondary school mate there! At first i couldn't recognise him. He was sitting infront of me, and then he turned and wave to me. I got a blur look, i thought he wants to say something to me or want borrow pen or what. Then he waves to me, i become more baffled, nevertheless i waved back with a confused look.
And then he says, "do you remember me?"
I shook my head. I was thinking, he 认错人了。 Then he said our secondary school name, then it hits me that it's him. haha.

This kinda thing like always happen to my secondary schoolmate. They still recognise me but i will take a momment to be able to recognise them. Perhaps it's because my look never changed, i still have the baby face? =x But they look more matured.
Or rather, i am already looking matured when i was in secondary school. haha!

Bowling competition

I was sleeping on the train when i was going to camp, i guess i was so scared that i might oversleep, i alighted one stop earlier. zzz. I think it's also because, i haven't been taking train to the camp for quite some days that's why i was blur. haha

Then i was thinking, maybe it's meant to be. And guess what? When i was walking to the bus stop to take bus, i bumped into my old unit's colleague. haha. Maybe that's what "things happen for a reason" meant.
He asked if i will be attending the dinner on friday night, 7pm. I think i am going. =D But i still dunno the venue leh. =O don't tell me it's at the camp.

At night went to the bowling competition organised by Dlink, was invited by my mum's company to join.

The event is nice lah. CAn bowl for free, then got door gift also and a nice shirt. =)

Was kinda off form though. The compy only got 2 games should got 3 but i think they started late. That's why only 2. zzz. Really off form lah... So sad. First game was like 109? 2nd game 116? So sucky man. Really disappointed. Ahhh....

But it was fun to bowl competitively. It's my first time. It's a nice experience. Teamed up with my mum's colleagues, everytime we have a strike or spare, we will give each others a five. hehe.

And guess what? One of them got the individual male bowler highest score prize! Nice~ And we were supposed to be 2nd for the team performance, if they calculate by adding the total scores of the 2 games. But they suddenly last min change to the best score out of the 2 games. zzz
Play cheat one lor, because the company, "fuwell", is dlink's good business partner, that's why they give it to them. 2 of their teams also got prize sia! so zzz

But we didn't went home empty handed lah. My mum won the lucky draw! $50 taka voucher, not bad lah. hehe.

Starting today~ Will be on leave till monday! But saturday got duty. zz.

Strange day

Something weird happens while i was sleeping. My phone's time suddenly become one hour slower! It caused me to wake up late. I didn't realise it until, i look out of the window, and saw that it was pretty bright outside. It can't be that bright at 5am.

It's just totally weird... Felt so unbelievable, mysterious. Why would my phone time suddenly slow by one hour!?

Luckily i wasn't late, asked dad to fetch me. hehe.

Another funny thing happened in camp... I received a call at around 9am from my former unit's Major. I was like totally stumped, surprised. Was wondering why is he calling me. And then he ask did another maj come and look for me. I was like huh? A major come down personally to look for me? What big thing is happening? LoL

Then i realised, he didn't know that i have already posted out. Woa woa~ Was in the unit for so long, didn't receive his call before. He called it using his HP somemore. lol. And i have already left for 2months, isn't he abit too slow to realised i am not in the unit anymore? lol.

Totally weird.

Long weekend wasted

It was a pretty boring looong weekend. Stayed at home on Friday and Sunday.

Saturday late afternoon was quite activities filled.
Went to Cheverons again yesterday. Sing K for 3hours, sing until lungs gonna burst. hahah. The 3hours seems too short, didn't sing enough. =x

After singing, we went to bowl. hehe. I am going on a compy on dec 1! haha. Not in the hope of winning though. Wasn't me who registered either.
Played 3games. The first game was uber lousy. Man! Just a super low score of about 85. Wth. 2nd and 3rd game was better, after realising that i am using the wrong pound of ball. I think my 2nd game was one of the highest i ever bowled... With a score of 166! hehe. Dunno how i get that score also. lol.

Bowling there is quite cheap, despite it being a weekend, i was charged only $3 because i am a member of cheverons. hehe. I like the atmosphere there too.. Pretty peaceful. At least for that period i was there.

After bowling, we went to eat and then went to IMM to walk walk. Been quite some time since we went there. Changed quite alot. There are more shops there now, the crowds came back too.

It's back to camp to slack tomorrow. Sianz. Taking leaves from wednesday onwards till friday. And sat is my duty. Ahh sianz.
Hmm wonder how should i spend my leaves.

Damn tired

Had a good run this morning. And what a super hot day it's today. I thought it's supposed to rain?!

Ok i am damn tired and a little sticky now. Going to bathe and going to sleep soon.
And... Yay! My leaveS are approved. 8 days of leave cleared in 2 weeks. whahaha. Genius.

2nd parade

There's a parade this morning. And after the parade there's this bearings inspection, which is an inspection on our attire/appearance. I thought i was really lucky not to be caught and asked to stay back for a 'show parade'.

After the parade, i went to look myself in the mirror, i realised there's a few strands of hair touching my ear. Luckily i wasn't caught for that. Really lucky. lol.
